September 24, 2001 DOVER MAN BIG WINNER IN FASTRACKS 2ND CHANCE DRAWING DOVER, Del., September 24NASCAR* driver Matt Kenseth pulled Dover resident Matt Flemings winning FASTRACKS Instant Game 2nd chance entry, making him the winner of an all-expense paid trip for two to the 2001 or 2002 NASCAR race of his choice. The drawing was held September 22 before the Busch Race at Dover Downs International Speedway. Six other winners entries also were drawn by Kenseth. Each will receive a prize package containing official team merchandise for the featured driver of their choice. The FASTRACKS Instant Game, which went on sale March 26, features five NASCAR racers: Jeff Burton, Dale Earnhardt, Dale Earnhardt Jr., Matt Kenseth and Mark Martin. Prizes in the game include 6 all-expense trips for two to any 2001-2002 NASCAR race, 380 driver prize packages (official merchandise for one of the five drivers in the game including a team jacket, cap, T-shirt and limited edition photo plaque) and four $10,000 top cash prizes. As of Friday, September 21, five Race Trip prizes, more than 250 Driver Prize Packages, and two $10,000 cash prizes remain to be won. Fleming and a guest will receive a trip valued at $5,000 including transportation, deluxe accomodations, race tickets, official merchandise and spending money. To be eligible for this drawing, players holding non-winning tickets had to fill out the back and send them to the Lottery Office by August 31.
