Dover, DE -- Linda Boyle, 38-years-old,
of Millsboro, Delaware is having a fantastic spin with luck.
Boyle entered the Delaware Lottery's WHEEL OF FORTUNEâ
Instant Game second-chance drawing and won a trip to sunny
California to audition on the globally-televised game show
Wheel of Fortune.
"I just got back from the California two weeks ago where
I attended the Grammies," explained Boyle. "I won
that trip in another contest I entered and took my daughter
with me to see the stars."
Boyle has a winning history with the Delaware Lottery. The
38-year-old said that she frequently plays Delaware Lottery
Instant Games and will continue to play - and why wouldn't
she with all of her past success! "I won the TABASCOâ
HOT CASH second-chance drawing prize package this past Fall,
and a Betty Boop prize package in the Spring of 2003."
Boyle was selected as the grand-prize winner of the WHEEL
OF FORTUNE second-chance drawing and won a four-day, three-night
trip for two to Hollywood, California. Her prize package includes,
airfare, hotel, $1,000 in spending money, two seating passes
to a taping of the Wheel of Fortune TV game show and an audition
for a chance to become a contestant on the Wheel of Fortune
television game show.
She will be traveling to sunny California with her fiancé.
"We might extend our trip and go to Las Vegas and get
married," said an excited Boyle.
53 SECOND CHANCE DRAWING WINNERS
The Delaware Lottery hosts many special second-chance drawings
for their family of games. The WHEEL OF FORTUNE second-chance
drawing was conducted at the Delaware Lottery Office
in Dover on January 20, 2005, yielding 53 winners including
a grand-prize winner. The 53 winners were randomly selected
to win Wheel of Fortune merchandise packages including a polar
fleece jacket, leather travel bag, blanket/pillow, sports
shirt (set of two), baseball cap and t-shirt.
Since the start of operations in 1975, the Delaware Lottery
has contributed more than
$1.8 billion to the state's General Fund to help finance needed
state services that benefit everyone in Delaware. The Lottery
offers a variety of games: POWERBALL®, MULTI-WIN LOTTO,
PLAY 3, PLAY 4, and assorted Instant Games.
