Delaware Cash 5 has Lottery players seeing dollar signs
Ticket sales start tomorrow for Delaware’s own Lottery game

Delaware Lottery players can begin purchasing tickets tomorrow for a new $1 Lottery draw game that offers great overall odds of winning and cash jackpots starting at $25,000.  DELAWARE CASH 5®, the newest game from the Delaware Lottery, is the second Delaware-exclusive cash jackpot game where the only players who have a chance to win are those who buy tickets at licensed Delaware Lottery retailers.

“DELAWARE CASH 5 offers Delawareans not just great jackpots, but lots of built-in perks,” said Delaware Lottery Director, Wayne Lemons.  “We are confident players will enjoy the 1 in 6.5 overall odds of winning, a large number of winners per drawing, the free prize Doubler and impressive starter jackpots that keep rolling until a Delaware Lottery player hits the top prize.”

This five-digit draw game will hold drawings twice a week on Tuesdays and Saturdays beginning this weekend.  These draws will coincide with draws of the two large jackpot games available in the state, MEGA MILLIONS® and POWERBALL®.  Multi-win Lotto is the other Delaware-only jackpot game sold exclusively at licensed Delaware Lottery retailer locations.
  
Besides guaranteeing a winner will come from a pool of players in The First State, DELAWARE CASH 5 has a special feature, the Doubler, which gives players a one in seven chance of doubling their prize (except for the jackpot).  A random Quick Pick Doubler number will be selected from one to seven for each play purchased.  There is no additional cost for this feature.
